Dr. Jeff Bindell - Director
Jeff Bindell received his Ph.D. in Physics from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (now NYU) in 1969, after which he began his career at Bell Telephone Laboratories (AT&T) in Allentown, Pa., where he worked on the development of semiconductor devices before transferring to AT&T’s Orlando operations in 1994.  While working in Orlando, he became involved with the Florida High Tech Corridor Council and established, along with Vicki Morelli, what is now techPATH, an organization that works with middle and high school teachers and students to encourage high tech careers.  In 2002, Jeff joined the Physics Department at UCF.

Vicki Morelli - Director
Vicki Morelli's 25-year career with Southern Bell/AT&T/Lucent Technologies in Telecommunications, Public and Community Relations and Event Management gives her an unusually broad base of experience to lead the Florida High Tech Corridor Council's initiative techPATH. Vicki has been recognized as the AT&T PR employee of the year worldwide. She studied at the University of Tampa, Boston College Carroll School of Community Relations and UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She joined the FHTCC techPATH organization more than 10 years ago as the Educational Program manager and has organized more than 75 successful programs with 3,000 teachers and students in attendance.
